 Dr.
Toni Jo Neal, DPM MHA is a native of Menasha, Wisconsin and completed her
undergraduate studies at UW-Oshkosh receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in
Cellular Biology. Studying at Des Moines University (formerly University of
Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences) she received her Doctorate of
Podiatric Medicine. She also has a Masters in Healthcare Administration from
Barrington University.
Dr. Neal is board
qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Physicians in forefoot and rearfoot
surgery. She completed her surgical residency (PM&S-36) at the Jerry L. Pettis
Veterans Hospital in Loma Linda, California. In her three years in California
she performed over 1500 surgeries specializing in diabetes and complex
reconstruction of the foot.
Dr. Neal believes deeply in the need for
physicians to volunteer their time and talents. She has worked with the Baja
Crippled Children’s Project, Liga International and the Flying Doctors of Mercy
in rural Mexico and continues to heal her neighbors at the Fox Cities Community
Clinic. Dr. Neal and her husband have also established the Foot and Ankle
Project, a non-profit aimed at providing care to rural and Native American
populations throughout the United States.

-American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons
-American Association of Women Podiatrists.
