The Neal Diabetic Foot and Ankle Center LLC accepts most insurance plans. You can call (920) 830-2221 for details.
We are in network providers for:
Medicare
Medicaid/BadgerCare
Humana
United Healthcare
Aetna
HealthEOS by Multiplan
Carpenters Health Fund
Laborers Health Fund
Fiserv
We are awaiting approval from:
Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
Network Health Plan
You can help us expedite the approval process by contacting Anthem or Network and let them know you would like Dr. Neal in your network. |

| 2. If I or my family do not have insurance, can you still help us? |
|
Dr. Toni Neal has mandated that we do not turn any patient in need away. Cash pay plans and installment plans are always available.
However, Dr. Neal encourages her patients without insurance to utilize the Fox Cities Free Clinic where she volunteers the third Tuesday of every month. Their number is (920) 731-7445. |
